The University of the Cordilleras Human Resource Development Office successfully conducted an Employee Information Session on March 11, 2026, aimed at orienting and updating employees, especially newly hired personnel, on important topics such as government mandated benefits, retirement programs, employee compensation, and study abroad opportunities.
Student interns also participated in the session, allowing them to gain valuable insights on employment benefits and career development. The session was conducted in partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, Social Security System, the Employees’ Compensation Commission under the Department of Labor and Employment, and IDP Philippines.
Their valuable insights and expertise helped provide UC employees and interns with relevant information on benefits, opportunities, and programs that support their professional and personal growth.
Thank you to our partner agencies and private organization for sharing their knowledge and supporting the continuous development and welfare of the UC community.
